Restaurant questions

Is there a delivery or takeaway QR type?

Tables in GuestVoice are dine-in table records. Name the outlet as you need; the QR still opens menu, feedback, and review links for that table.

Can we stay on paper menus?

You can link an external menu URL. The table QR is still the guest entry for feedback and review links.

Who gets the alert on the floor?

The Outlet Manager assigned to that outlet, plus Hotel Admins of the hotel.

How do we print table QR stickers?

Open Stickers for that outlet, design the layout, then export PNG or PDF for selected tables or the whole restaurant.

Can we add a list of tables at once?

Yes. Bulk-create named tables; each one receives its own QR.
