A Digital Menu Your Guests Actually Want to Use

Publish a hosted menu that matches your restaurant brand: categories, item descriptions, prices, allergens, dietary labels, availability, schedules, and multiple languages. Guests open it from the same table QR they use for feedback and reviews.

Guest menu: cover, outlet name, categories, prices, and dietary labels.

GuestVoice is more than a digital menu

The menu is the guest entry point. From the same QR they can share private feedback and continue to a public review when you have configured Google or Tripadvisor.

  1. 1

    QR

    One code on the table.

  2. 2

    Digital menu

    Browse what you serve today.

  3. 3

    Guest interaction

A branded, mobile-first page on their phone.

  4. 4

    Feedback

Tell the team privately, with table context.

  5. 5

    Review

Optionally continue to Google or Tripadvisor.

What the hosted menu can do today

Hosted or linked

Keep the menu inside GuestVoice, or point the same table QR at an external menu URL. Private feedback and review links still start from the table.

Branded guest pages

Restaurant colors, logo, and cover, with hotel branding as fallback when white-label is enabled.

Multiple menus per outlet

Publish several menus; guests only see what is live and in schedule.

Categories and items

Name, description, and à la carte or set-menu pricing.

Prices and currency

Menu-level currency with optional serving-size price tiers.

Allergens and dietary labels

Guest-facing chips and a legend when you enable them.

Availability

Mark items available, out of stock, or temporarily unavailable.

Schedules

Weekly windows and date ranges for breakfast, seasonal, or limited menus.

Languages

English, Arabic, French, German, Italian, and Spanish — including RTL for Arabic and a language switcher on the guest page.

Guest category nav

Sticky category bar on the phone so guests jump through a long menu without losing their place.

Draft, preview, and publish

Keep a draft, preview it as staff, then publish. Archive or restore when a menu should leave the floor.

Clone and activity

Clone a menu (new id) and read the activity trail for publish, price, and availability changes.

À la carte and set menus

À la carte items with optional serving-size price tiers, or a set menu with package prices.

Outlet catalog

Allergens and dietary labels live in the restaurant catalog so every menu in that outlet stays consistent.

Built for the phone in their hand

Guest menu: cover, outlet name, categories, prices, dietary chips, and sold-out items.

Six languages — including RTL Arabic

Your guests read in Arabic. Your menu should too. Enable English, Arabic, French, German, Italian, and Spanish per menu, with a switcher on the guest page.

RTL layout

Arabic menus render right-to-left on the guest phone.

Optional Arabic codes

Outlet catalog can store Arabic allergen/dietary short codes for Arabic guests.

Set and à la carte

Package tiers or serving-size price tiers — both work with multi-language copy.

Digital menu questions

Can an outlet keep an external menu URL?

Yes. An outlet can use a hosted GuestVoice menu or a linked external menu. The table QR remains the guest entry either way.

Which languages can guests read?

English, Arabic (including RTL), French, German, Italian, and Spanish.

Do menu items show pictures?

Item photos are not on the guest menu today. Branding uses the restaurant logo and cover image.

Can we hide breakfast or seasonal dishes automatically?

Yes. Use menu schedules (weekly windows and date ranges) and mark items available, out of stock, or temporarily unavailable.

Can staff preview a menu before guests see it?

Yes. Preview shows the guest page for that menu, including drafts. Guests only see published menus that are in schedule.

Can we duplicate a menu for another season?

Yes. Clone creates a new menu you can edit and publish when ready.
