A Digital Guest Experience Platform for Hotels

The hotel is the tenant. Restaurants, in-room dining, and front office are typed outlets with the right location language, menus (when food is served), and stickers.

Hotel outlets: restaurant, in-room dining, and front office under one property.

Outlet types that match hotel operations

Platform Admin and Hotel Admin set the type. Outlet Managers run the floor but cannot change the type.

Restaurant

Tables + menus

Lounges, bars, and restaurants with full menu and feedback journeys.

In-room dining

Rooms + menus

Room service menus and private feedback from room QRs.

Front office

Counters · no menu

Front desk and lobby feedback without a food-and-drink menu module.

Outlet QRs

Tables, rooms, or counters under each typed outlet.

Menus and branding

Per-outlet menus where the type allows them; hotel white-label when enabled.

Service-line licenses

Platform Admin licenses restaurants, in-room dining, and front office so the property only runs what it buys.

Feedback and reviews

Private comments plus optional Google/Tripadvisor continue links.

Alerts and insights

In-app staff alerts plus hotel KPIs: averages, high-rating rate, rating distribution, and 30-day trends.

The hotel workspace

One staff app

Overview, locations, stickers, menus, branding, platforms, reviews, and users — scoped to the property.

Hotel Admins

Invite Hotel Admins, department managers, and Outlet Managers; attach a Hotel Admin to more than one hotel when needed.

White-label guest pages

Property colors, cover photo, and logo on guest flows. Outlets can fall back to hotel identity.

Print the floor

Each outlet keeps its own sticker design. Export PNG or PDF for selected locations or a bulk pack.

In-app help

Staff open Help in the app for outlets, locations, stickers, menus, branding, platforms, and reviews.

One hotel, several typed outlets

Restaurant, in-room dining, and front office under one hotel.

Hotel questions

Is each restaurant a separate GuestVoice customer?

No. The hotel is the tenant. Outlets belong to that hotel, with Outlet Managers assigned per outlet and Hotel Admins across the property.

Can a lounge and a restaurant share stickers?

Each outlet has its own locations and stickers. White-label on guest pages can fall back to hotel branding when you enable it.

Are insights combined across a hotel group?

Analytics on this site are hotel-scoped: ratings, feedback volume, rating distribution, and 30-day trends for that hotel.

Do we need a separate GuestVoice for in-room dining?

No. Add an in-room dining outlet, name the rooms, and publish its menus like any other menu-capable outlet.

What is a Front Office outlet?

A front office outlet uses counters instead of tables, collects ratings and private feedback, and does not use the Menus module.

Can one Hotel Admin cover several properties?

Yes. A Hotel Admin can be a member of more than one hotel and switch the active property in the staff app.

Do Hotel Admins get help inside the staff app?

Yes. Help covers getting started, outlets, locations, stickers, menus, branding, review platforms, and users.
