Table 1

Atrium Lounge

From the table sticker to the guest phone to hotel insights.

Before the first guest scans

Add the outlet and locations

Create the outlet with the right type, name tables, rooms, or counters, and keep a QR on each one.

Design and print stickers

Set size and artwork, preview print output, then export PNG or PDF.

Publish what guests should see

Brand the guest page, publish a hosted or linked menu, and add Google or Tripadvisor URLs when you use them.

Invite the team

Hotel Admins, department managers, and Outlet Managers receive a welcome email to set a password, then work in the staff app.

From scan to insight

  1. 1

    Guest scans

The table QR opens GuestVoice on the guest’s phone.

    Branded experience

Colors, logo, and cover from the restaurant (and hotel when white-label is on).

  3. 3

    Digital menu

If a hosted or linked menu is published, guests can explore it on their phone.

  4. 4

    Share feedback

A 1–5 rating and private written comment for the team.

  5. 5

    Public review

After a 4 or 5, when Google or Tripadvisor URLs exist, guests can continue there themselves.

  6. 6

    Teams are informed

Hotel Admins and the Outlet Manager get in-app and live alerts.

  7. 7

    Management insight

Dashboards show ratings, feedback volume, and recent trends.

Staff see the same visit the guest just left

Hotel insights: ratings, review volume, tables, and outlets.

Journey questions

What opens when a guest scans?

GuestVoice pages for that table: branding, optional menu, rating and private comment, then Google or Tripadvisor links when those URLs exist.

Can the journey skip the menu?

Yes. If no hosted or linked menu is published, guests can still rate and write privately.

Which roles see the dashboard?

Hotel Admins see their hotel. F&B and Front Office managers see outlets of their type. Outlet Managers see assigned outlets. Platform Admin operates GuestVoice.

Do live toasts require the staff app to be open?

In-app notifications stay in the bell. Live toasts appear while the staff app is open.

How do new staff get into the app?

An admin invites them. They set a password from the welcome email (and can use forgot-password later). Sign-in is at /login, then /app.
